I was at a point in my life where I was living an unhealthy lifestyle by not exercising, eating large amounts of bad food, and making other poor choices that led to bad health. I felt lost, confused, but still had a burning desire inside me to change. I had attempted multiple times over the years going to gyms by myself but failed because I had no guidance or anyone in my corner for inspiration.
