Daune’s work is rooted in a simple belief: strength training, approached with an athlete’s mindset, has the power to extend independence and improve quality of life.
She became an athlete in her 40s, and that shift fundamentally changed how she approaches health and self-care — from valuing effort and delayed gratification to understanding the importance of movement, recovery, nutrition, and stress management. That perspective now shapes how she coaches every client.
Daune is deeply committed to her work and to the people she trains. She meets clients where they are, embraces limitations as opportunities for creativity, and builds programs that help individuals move better, feel stronger, and live more fully.
